Returns
We accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used food products, unless they are damaged or defective.
