Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
If your order is cancelled before shipping, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a refund after inspecting the returned item.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and verify the condition of the returned product.
Non-Refundable Items
Opened, used, or tampered food products are not eligible for refund except in cases of product defect or damage.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
