Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

  • If your order is cancelled before shipping, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a refund after inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and verify the condition of the returned product.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened, used, or tampered food products are not eligible for refund except in cases of product defect or damage.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
